We are planning an election day party, and we have invited several guests. A couple of them arrived today, and it's a bit creepy getting used to having them around the house all the time. Since we're accustomed to just having the two of us around, every now and then we're startled!
It is quite a privilege to have such important visitors, though. We trust that they enjoy our simple home, and won't tell any of our other guests how messy it was before we finally got ready for the party.

And they are staying for how long??? How do you expect them to do any campaigning?
I usually check the blog every day, and hadn't got to it this morning. Wow! pretty realistic - and we get a chance to meet them at the party, right?? :-) You'll have to keep us up-to-date. Hope they're easy to entertain...Love to both, Aunt Mern
We are impressed. We really didn't know you had pull and entertained such guests. We have mice for guests. Hope our guests leave before the party. We don't trust the house with them alone. Looking forward to meeting the guests at your house. We will feel as privileged as the Spanglers. Looks like more Pilgrim News photos in the making.
Should of known the only friends Wendy had were made out of cardboard...
